The official IBA name for the classic Venetian spritz, added to the New Era Drinks list in 2011. Build in a wine glass over ice, add the prosecco and Aperol, then top with a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice. Its bittersweet, low-alcohol profile made it the emblematic aperitivo of the Veneto and, eventually, the world.
