Notes
Created by Salvatore Calabrese at Fifty St James in London, where the "fifty" in the name originates. Calabrese, known as "The Maestro," built the drink around the interplay of sweet elderflower, floral honey, and a slow chili burn. It was added to the IBA's New Era Drinks list, cementing its place as one of the defining modern spicy cocktails alongside the rise of chili-infused drinks in the 2010s bar scene.
