35 ml (~1.25 oz) cognac
35 ml (~1.25 oz) Irish cream

Notes

A short, dessert-style digestif of equal parts brandy and Irish cream, added to the IBA list as a special cocktail around 2010. Stir with ice and strain into a tumbler, then finish with a cinnamon stick and a grating of nutmeg.
