Notes
An equal-parts sour created in 1984 by Jean-Paul Bourguignon at Mietta's restaurant in Melbourne, Australia. The Midori gives it a vivid green color and sweet melon flavor, balanced by the tart lemon. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnishing with a cherry. One of the defining drinks of the 1980s melon-liqueur craze.
