30 ml (1 oz) Havana Club Profundo rum
30 ml (1 oz) Havana Club Smoky rum
15 ml (0.5 oz) amaretto
5 ml Frangelico
5 drops Luxardo maraschino
30 ml (1 oz) passion fruit puree
90 ml (3 oz) fresh pineapple juice
30 ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice
1 thin slice fresh ginger

Notes

The IBA's own signature tiki cocktail, added to the New Era Drinks list. Muddle the ginger slice in a shaker, add all other ingredients, shake vigorously with ice, and strain into a chilled tiki glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with citrus and a dehydrated pineapple slice.
