Notes
Essentially a Screwdriver with a Galliano float. The drink was popularized in 1969 through a marketing campaign by McKesson Imports Company to sell more Galliano, headed by George Bednar who commissioned a cartoon mascot with the tagline "Harvey Wallbanger is the name. And I can be made!" The recipe is credited to mixologist Donato "Duke" Antone of Hartford, Connecticut, whose grandson claimed the earlier version was simply called "Duke's Screwdriver."
