Notes
The blended, slushy cousin of the Daiquiri, made famous at La Floridita in Havana where Constantino Ribalaigua Vert perfected it and Hemingway drank it by the dozen. Blend the rum, lime, and syrup with a scoop of crushed ice until smooth and serve in a chilled coupe. A few drops of maraschino liqueur make it a Hemingway-style Daiquiri.
