15 ml (0.5 oz) Cuban rum
15 ml (0.5 oz) passion fruit syrup
15 ml (0.5 oz) fresh lime juice
15 ml (0.5 oz) honey syrup

Another Don the Beachcomber creation, this passion fruit and honey twist on the Daiquiri dates back to his Hollywood bar in the 1930s. Blend for a few seconds with crushed ice in a milkshake mixer, pour into a footed copo glass, and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with half a passion fruit. Part of the IBA New Era Drinks list.
