2 dashes peach bitters
2 sprigs mint

An IBA Unforgettable and one of the more obscure entries in the classic canon, sometimes linked to Trader Vic. Muddle or lightly bruise the mint, stir everything with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnishing with a mint sprig. Not to be confused with the bourbon-based Derby served around the Kentucky Derby.
