Notes
A Perfect Martini brightened with orange juice, and once one of the most popular cocktails in America. It is usually credited to Johnnie Solon at the old Waldorf-Astoria around 1906, who named it after the Bronx Zoo. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. The Income Tax adds a dash of bitters to the same formula.
