45 ml (1.5 oz) white rum
20 ml (0.75 oz) lime juice
10 ml (0.25 oz) grenadine

Notes

Essentially a Daiquiri sweetened and colored with grenadine. The name is no accident: in 1936 the New York Supreme Court ruled that a cocktail sold as a Bacardi must actually be made with Bacardi rum, one of the few times a court has weighed in on a drink recipe. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
