Notes

A layered shot of coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and orange liqueur, built in three distinct bands by pouring each spirit slowly over the back of a bar spoon into a shot glass. The heavier Kahlúa sits on the bottom, Baileys in the middle, and Grand Marnier on top. Often credited to Peter Fich at the Banff Springs Hotel in Canada in the 1970s, who supposedly named his layered shots after aircraft, this one after the B-52 bomber.
