Also known as the Appletini, a sweet, tart vodka cocktail that became a symbol of late-1990s and early-2000s bar culture. It is often traced to Lola's in West Hollywood around 1996. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass, garnishing with a thin apple slice.
